Dr. Mamta Bishnoi stands as a distinguished figure in the realms of academia and industry, boasting over a decade of illustrious experience. Presently, she holds the prestigious role of Associate Professor (Pharmaceutics) in the School of Pharmacy at the esteemed Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth in Faridabad. Her academic credentials are truly remarkable, having earned a Ph.D. in Targeted Drug Delivery Systems, an MBA in Operation Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceuticals Regulatory Affairs (PGDRA) from Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi.
She carries more than 15 years of profound industrial and research experience working with several Pharmaceutical R&Ds, including Jagsonpal Pharmaceutical Ltd., Faridabad, Mega International Pvt. Ltd. Gurugram, and Siemen Laboratories, Gurugram, Haryana for the development and commercialization of various NDA and ANDA based products for different regulated markets. She is an Approved Manufacturing Chemist in tablets, capsules, Liquid Orals, and Ointment.
Many research, review articles, and book chapters in internationally published books and peerreviewed Journals of International and National repute are to her credit. She has one design patent and two utility patents (Published) domestically. Her research area includes Targeted Novel Drug Delivery Systems (Pharmaceutics), Preformulation study, Solid lipid nanoparticles, nanovesicles, Analytical method development and validation on HPLC, and Drug regulatory affairs for “Bioavailability enhancement”, “Food effect minimization”, “Repurposing/New Indication”, and “Dose/Dosing frequency reduction”. Her major thrust area of research is “Osteoarthritis”, “Rheumatoid arthritis”, and “Topical disorders”.
She has been professionally associated as a life member of the “Indian Pharmacy Graduates Association” (IPGA) since 2005 (#LM-2220) and “Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India” (APTI) since 2018 (# HA/LM-270). She is a Registered Pharmacist under the Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Reg. No.13281.
