Ms. Divya Negi

Ms. Divya Negi is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of Civil Engineering and Construction Project Management, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, Faridabad. With a solid foundation in both academic theory and hands-on project management, she is recognized for her expertise in teaching, project supervision, and mentoring the next generation of engineers. Her career reflects a commitment to bridging the gap between academia and industry, bringing practical insights to her students and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Ms. Negi is pursuing a Ph.D. in Built Environment from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) at Amity University Noida, where her research focuses on risk management strategies in construction projects. She also holds an M. Tech. degree in the field of Construction Technology and Management from MDU Rohtak and a B.Tech. degree in the field of Civil Engineering from ICFAI University Dehradun.

Before her current role, Ms. Negi contributed at various prestigious institutions like Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University, Dwarka; Netaji Subhash University of Technology, Dwarka; Guru Gobind Singh Indraprashtha University, Dwarka; and Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors, Amity University Noida, where she taught subjects related to construction technology and civil engineering. Additionally, she has worked as a Site Supervisor for a residential construction project in Dehradun, showcasing her ability to manage day-to-day operations and client relations on-site.

Her professional contributions include trainings at top-notch companies like Larsen & Toubro Hydrocarbons and CSIRCRRI, and her academic contributions include curriculum development, conducting practical laboratories, organizing industrial visits, organizing Guest sessions and publishing research on risk management in the Indian construction sector. Ms. Negi’s leadership in managing projects, mentoring students, and participating in co-curricular activities has made her a respected figure in the academic community.
