Dr. Yash Pathak, have done my PhD in Physics at Delhi Technological University, New Delhi, and have actively engaged in both research and teaching throughout my academic career.

My research has focused on Negative Capacitance FETs, Machine Learning, Experimental circuit design, TCAD modeling, and sensing applications. I have published 6 SCI/SCIE papers, 6 conference papers, and contributed 2 book chapters. Additionally, I have communicated two journal papers currently under review. I also cleared the CSIR NET-SRF in June 2019 with an AIR of 82. I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Physics at Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth University, Faridabad.
