School of Basic & Applied Sciences
Dr. Priyanka Goyal is a dedicated research professional with a strong background in biochemistry, bioinformatics, and molecular biology. She completed her Ph.D. in Animal Biochemistry from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, focusing on the in-vivo functional validation and biodistribution of bovine milk-derived extracellular vesicles and their microRNA cargo. Her work integrates advanced techniques in extracellular vesicle characterization, gene expression analysis, and bioinformatics-driven pathway predictions. She holds a Gold Medal in M.Sc. Biochemistry from Kurukshetra University and a B.Sc. in Biomedical Science from the University of Delhi. Over the years, Dr. Goyal has gained hands-on experience in various lab techniques, including Western Blotting, TEM, NTA, real-time PCR, fluorescence microscopy, and bioinformatics tools such as Cytoscape and TargetScan. She has presented her research at several national conferences and earned awards for her contributions, including a third prize in poster presentation at the XVII Agricultural Science Congress (2025).
