This counselling is for students who appeared in the LV Entrance Cum Scholarship Test held on 11 July 2026. It covers admission to three specific UG programs at Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, Faridabad:

• B.Sc. Nursing

• B.Sc. Biotechnology

Seats will be given strictly based on merit and rank in the entrance test. So check your result and report on the right date.

Important: The 17th July session is subject to availability of seats. If all seats are filled on 16th July, the second session may not be needed.

How Does the Counselling Process Work?

Here is a simple step-by-step breakdown of what happens on counselling day:

• Step 1 – Report on Time: Reach the Reception Area of the Main Block by 9:00 AM on your allotted date. Do not be late as admission forms will be issued from 9:00 AM and closed at 10:00 AM sharp.
• Step 2 – Collect Your Admission Form: Collect the admission form within the time given. If you miss the form collection window, you will not be considered for admission. No exceptions will be made.
• Step 3 – Counselling and Seat Allotment: Candidates are called in order of merit for counselling. Seats are allotted based on your rank in the entrance test and the availability of seats in each program.
• Step 4 – Eligibility Verification: Your documents will be checked to confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria for your chosen program. Make sure all your documents are in order before you arrive.
• Step 5 – Pay Your Fees: All formalities, including full payment of the first semester fee, must be completed on the same day at the Academic and Accounts Office. Do not leave without completing the fee payment.

Documents You Must Bring on Counselling Day

Bring the originals of all these documents along with two self-attested photocopies of each:

1. Downloaded Admit Card from the LV Entrance Test
2. 10 recent passport-size photographs and 8 stamp-size photographs
3. Qualifying exam documents, including:
   1. Secondary School Certificate and Marksheet (Class 10)
   2. Senior Secondary School Certificate and Marksheet (Class 12)
   3. Transfer Certificate
   4. Migration Certificate (for students from other states)
   5. Character Certificate from your last school
   6. Medical Certificate
4. Proof of permanent address such as Voter ID, Passport, Driving Licence, or Aadhaar Card
5. Fee payment counterfoil after you have paid your fees

Note for B.Sc. Nursing students: Your original marksheet will be kept by the university for verification as per INC norms until the end of the first academic year.

How to Pay Your Fees

You can pay your first semester fees in any of the following ways:

• Online Payment: Use the official payment link at https://lingayasvidyapeeth.edu.in/hdfc-payment-integration/create.php. In the Roll No. field, enter your Acknowledgement No., Application No., or Roll No.
• Cash: Pay directly at the Academic and Accounts Office on the day of counselling
• Demand Draft: Make the DD in favour of Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, Faridabad

Please note: Cheques will not be accepted under any circumstances.

After paying your fees, submit the fee payment counterfoil to the department authorities to confirm your admission.

Important Guidelines to Keep in Mind

Read these rules carefully before you come for counselling:

• Admission is strictly merit-based. Seats are allotted only in order of rank in the entrance test.
• No canvassing or influence allowed. Any attempt to use influence or connections may lead to cancellation of your admission.
• Report on your scheduled date. If you miss your counselling date, your claim to admission will be cancelled. No further requests will be entertained after that.
• Complete all formalities the same day. Fee payment and document submission must be done on the day of counselling itself.
• Candidates who fail to pay fees on time will not be considered for admission and no requests for extension will be entertained.
