CA Results 2025: All About Inter, Final, and Foundation Scores

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will announce the Chartered Accountancy (CA) Final, Intermediate, and Foundation exam results on July 6, 2025. This is a huge moment for thousands of you dreaming of becoming a Chartered Accountant. Let’s dive into everything you need to know about this exciting update in super simple words!

Why July 6 Is So Important

The CA exams are a major step toward your dream career. Whether you took the Foundation, Intermediate, or Final exams in May 2025, July 6 is when you’ll see your scores. The exams ran from May 2 to May 21, 2025:

CA Final Exams:

• Group 1: May 2nd, 4th, and 6th
• Group 2: May 8th, 10th, and 13th

CA Intermediate Exams:

• Group 1: May 3rd, 5th, and 7th
• Group 2: May 9th, 11th, and 14th

CA Foundation Exams:

• May 15th, 17th, 19th, and 21st

These results decide your next steps. Passing Foundation lets you join Intermediate. After passing the Intermediate level, you become eligible to begin the Final course. And passing the Final? You’re almost a CA! You can also join ICAI’s campus placement drive starting July 10, 2025.

How to Check Your Results

The results will drop on July 6, 2025, at these times:

• CA Final and Intermediate: Around 2 PM.
• CA Foundation: Around 5 PM.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Visit one of the websites above.
2. Click the link for “CA Results May 2025.”
3. Enter your roll number and registration number.
4. Hit submit to see your scorecard.
5. Save and download it for records.

What’s on Your Scorecard?

Your scorecard will show:

• Your name, roll number, and registration number.
• Marks for each subject.
• Total marks and pass/fail status.
• Your rank if you’re a top performer.

To pass Foundation, you need 40% in each subject and 50% overall. For Intermediate and Final, you need 40% per subject and 50% per group. In May 2024, pass rates were around 15-20%. It’s tough, but you can do it!

Your results open new paths:

• Passed Foundation? Register for the CA Intermediate course.
• Cleared Intermediate? Sign up for the CA Final course.
• Passed Final? Join ICAI as a member and attend the campus placement drive on July 10, 2025.
• Didn’t pass? Don’t give up! Try again in September 2025. You can also request marks verification from July 7, 2025, on ICAI’s website.
