Higher education can be expensive. Tuition, books, hostel fees, and daily expenses add up quickly. The SBI Asha Scholarship aims to ease this financial pressure. In 2024, SBI distributed over ₹30 crore for education. This year, the foundation plans to give ₹90 crore to 23,230 students, with equal opportunities for girls and SC/ST students.
Whether you study at an IIT, IIM, or a top-ranked university abroad, this scholarship could cover a major part of your tuition and living expenses, giving you the freedom to focus on your studies.
The eligibility rules are clear and simple. To qualify, you must be an Indian citizen, have good grades, and come from a low-income family.
